How much does it cost to use Chick-n-Track?+
Nothing upfront. We charge a 10% platform fee on each completed order, which covers payment processing and platform costs. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no contract.
When and how do I get paid?+
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Once a customer collects their order and you mark it as collected, 90% of the order value is transferred to your connected bank account — typically within 1–2 business days.
What if I need to cancel or adjust a pre-order?+
You can cancel any pre-order from your dashboard. The customer is automatically refunded in full and notified. We ask vendors to cancel only when absolutely necessary, as it affects your rating.
Do I need any special equipment?+
Just a smartphone. You manage everything from the Chick-n-Track vendor app — check-ins, orders, payouts. No card reader, no printer, no extra hardware required.
Can I use Chick-n-Track across multiple locations?+
Yes. You can check in anywhere, any day. Your followers get notified whenever you're active nearby, regardless of which location you're at.
What happens if a customer doesn't show up?+
Pre-orders are paid upfront, so you always keep the money. If the collection window passes, you can mark the order as uncollected and release the item back for sale.
