Chick-n-Track is a product of PurpleMouse (purplemouse.ch), based in Vaud, Switzerland. We operate the Chick-n-Track iOS app and this website. Contact us at [email protected].

When you use the Chick-n-Track app we may collect: your name and email address (for account creation), your approximate location (to show nearby vans and vendor check-ins), order history and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details), and push notification tokens (to notify you when a followed vendor is nearby).

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond Cloudflare's standard network protection.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the app: displaying nearby vendors, processing your orders, sending order confirmations, and (if you opt in) push notifications for nearby check-ins. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data storage and security

Data is stored on self-hosted infrastructure in Switzerland and the EU. Payments are handled by Stripe (stripe.com) — Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
