1. About Chick-n-Track

Chick-n-Track is a marketplace platform that connects customers with roaming food vendors. It is operated by PurpleMouse, Vaud, Switzerland. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.

2. Customer terms

Orders placed through the app are a binding agreement between you and the vendor. Payments are processed upfront via Stripe. Refunds are issued automatically if a vendor cancels your order. If you fail to collect a completed order within the collection window, you are not entitled to a refund — the vendor retains the payment.

3. Vendor terms

Vendors must complete Stripe Connect onboarding before accepting orders. A platform fee of 10% is deducted from each completed order. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, availability, and collection times. Excessive cancellations may result in account suspension.

4. Platform fee

Chick-n-Track charges vendors 10% of each completed order. This fee covers payment processing and platform operating costs. There are no monthly fees or setup charges.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for fraudulent orders, fake check-ins, abuse of other users, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of liability

Chick-n-Track is a platform connecting customers and vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of food sold by vendors. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vaud, Switzerland.
